Small Group Personal Training
We created small group personal training so clients could have an affordable solution to building strength, lean muscle and learning proper lifting form. Each group is capped at 4 people to ensure you get plenty of 1:1 attention so each exercise is suited to your needs. The class size creates a fun and competitive training atmosphere that is sure to challenge and encourage you towards your goals while educating you on how to incorporate nutrition and mindfulness practices to evolve into the best version of yourself.
We created semi-private personal training so you can have a 1:1 personal training experience without the 1:1 training cost. Each session is capped at 2 people so each person can be coached through their own customized training program. Not to mention, with this package, you get tailored nutrition coaching that syncs with your customized training and accountability app to ensure you have everything you need to get create the body and life you want.
Semi-Private Personal Training
The 1:1 coaching program is the most robust program offered. In addition to personal training and individualized programming and nutrition programs, you'll also receive 1:1 coaching calls to develop the mindful practices that shift your mindset about what you truly are capable of.
