This program includes 20 different high intensity intveral training (HIIT) workouts.
Each workout is designed to properly warm you up and then give you a fast tempo workout to burn fat. The circuits also target specific muslce groups so you can build muscle and strength.
- Each workout is 20 minutes long and can be done in a gym or a living room.
- The workouts are broken up into total body, lower body, upper body, glutes, and core
- There is a 5 minute warm up, 5 minute cool down, and 10 minute high tempo section
- You can select from bodyweight, banded, or dumbbell workouts
